Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 58th Annual General Meeting of Croydon Caribbean Credit Union Ltd (CCCU) will be held on Saturday 15th March 2025 at Croydon BME Forum, 56A Mitcham Rd, Croydon CR0 3RG. The Meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. and end at approximately 9:00 p.m., followed by refreshments.
The purpose of the Meeting will be to receive the Directors, Committees and Financial Reports for the year ending 30th September 2024. The Meeting will also consider the Motions and give members the opportunity to ask any questions they may have to the Board of Directors and committees.
At the AGM you will:
• Hear updates on the credit union’s progress during the year from the board.
• Receive a report on the financial accounts for the year
• Receive a report from the credit union’s external auditors
• Elect directors to the credit union’s board.
• Approve the credit union’s external audit partner for the new financial year
