Dear members,
As we begin this new year, we are delighted to present our first newsletter. We wanted to take this opportunity to highlight the services we provide to our members, who live or work in the London Borough of Croydon. We pride ourselves in our status as a not-for-profit organisation, with benefits for members that include flexible low cost loans, secure FSCS-backed savings, no penalty for early repayment, the potential to earn dividends, as well as free life savings and loan protection.
We know that many people are facing hardship this winter. We are therefore committed to providing as much support as possible to help our members to thrive and confidently face the cost of living challenges of 2025. To help with budget planning, benefits, money and pensions information and support, www.moneyhelper.org.uk offers free and impartial guidance that is backed by Government. We would like to thank you, our members, for continuing on this journey with us in 2025. However, none of the services we provide would be possible without our dedicated team of staff, partners and volunteers, so we would also like to thank them all for making 2024 a successful year.
