CCCU volunteer Dr. Cahal Moran launched his new book Why We’re Getting Poorer on Wednesday 19th March at Waterstones Piccadilly. The event, attended by family, friends and academic colleagues was a resounding success. Cahal a behavioural economist and Fellow at the London School of economics, signed books and gave an address explaining his lived experiences as reasons for the book.
CCCU’s President, Lindon Daniels, invited to the event said: We are extremely delighted to have Cahal on board. His important work underpins our own in giving us an understanding of how the economic system, shaped by a few, impacts the many for benefit of the few. CCCU’s role in addressing some of the financial issues raised in the book, cannot be understated.
